(Eng) Update on CAD'Inn Project CATIA connecting to Innovator

logo_cadinnI’ve never made an article about this project directly in English in this blog, so it might be quite a new thing for english readers and it should just be an update for the people who already read articles in French (even translated) about the CAD’Inn Project. CAD’inn is a project initiated by Pascal Morenton from ECP (Ecole Centrale de Paris). Initially called Rialto, this project developped in VBA connects CATIA to Windchill. After Pascal started using Aras Innovator, he adapted the connector to enable exchanging 3D Cad model with this Open Source PLM Solution. Then the project finally changed his name to become CAD’Inn and to focus on exchanging 3D cad models between CATIA, Microsoft Excel and Aras Innovator.  Here is the video for the version 0.70 and the actual available version is the 0.72:
